Dr. Rosalind Cadigan is a dedicated OB/GYN physician with a passion for women's health and bringing new life into the world. Born and raised in Newfoundland, Canada, she earned her medical degree from Memorial University in 1991, followed by the completion of her OB/GYN residency at the same institution in 1996.
In 1997, Dr. Cadigan relocated to the United States, where she established a thriving patient practice. Renowned for her expertise in gynecologic surgery, she has a particular affinity for robotic surgery which allows her to perform complex procedures with precision and care.
A proud mother of her daughter, Dr. Cadigan balances her professional life with a love for travel, immersing herself in new cultures and experiences, and spending time with her daughter. When at home, she enjoys unwinding with a good book or watchinga captivating movie. Her commitment to her patients, combined with her enthusiasm for her specialty, is what makes Dr. Cadigan a compassionate and skilled physician who continues to make a meaningful impact in her field.

Dr. Schroeder earned his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from the University of Virginia, followed by his medical degree from the University of Alabama. He then completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Allegheny Health Network.
Born in Alabama and raised in Pittsburgh, Dr. Schroeder combines southern friendliness with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach. He’s passionate about caring for women through every stage of life — from the first gynecologic visit to menopause and beyond — and is dedicated to providing both medical and surgical care with compassion and precision.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Schroeder enjoys traveling, working on cars, and spending time with his daughter and two French Bulldogs.

Mary Frances has been a long time employee of our practice. She was hired to sub for an employee who was on maternity leave and we never let her leave! She is one of the first smiling faces you will encounter at our office. Mary Frances passions are her grandsons and her physical fitness.

Rae brings over 30 years of experience in women’s health ultrasound to our team. She truly loves what she does and takes pride in providing each patient with a comfortable, caring, and positive experience. Rae is highly skilled in 2D, 3D, and 4D ultrasound imaging, offering exceptional attention to detail and compassion in every exam.
Outside of work, Rae enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and loves being outdoors whenever she can. Her friendly personality and dedication help create the welcoming environment our patients appreciate.
